Are You Looking to Switch Your Debt Management Provider?

Have you taken out a Debt Management Plan (DMP) through a company that has let you down?

A number of Debt Management Companies have recently had enforcement action against them by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) or have ceased trading, leaving their customers in an uneasy position and the threat of their creditors chasing them again.

Maybe you thought that you had taken control of your finances and were making regular negotiated monthly payments to your creditors - only to be left wondering where to turn.

However, there's always another option, and here at Atlantic Financial Management we can help you regain control of your Debt Management Plan with a reputable debt solutions provider that has specialised in debt solutions for nearly 17 years. Atlantic is a member of DEMSA, whose code of practice is approved by the Trading Standards Institute (TSI). We are subject to external audit every year and have recently been audited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales (ICAEW) with regard to our compliance with the Debt Management Protocol, launched by Minister Jo Swinson in February 2013.

Atlantic is part of the Pentagon Group which has offered Debt Counselling, Debt Adjustment and Full & Final negotiation services since 1996 and operated Debt Management Plans (DMPs) since 2000. The group are currently assisting over 30,000 individuals with unmanageable debt problems and PPI reclaims.

If you have decided to switch your Debt Management Plan, Atlantic Financial Management will ensure a smooth transition, with no detriment to you and no missed payments to your creditors. There is no set-up fee and your monthly management fee will be £39.50 for 6 months and then revert to £27.50 per month until your next annual review.

In order for us to make the move as seamless as possible, we ask for you to fill in the contact form below. You will then be contacted by an experienced member of the Atlantic Team, who will ask for you to send us any documentation relating to your current Debt Management Plan. As a minimum, we will require your last statement from your current provider showing the creditors that they are distributing your payments to.

We will undertake a full review of your plan and look at ways of increasing your disposable income, which would include your benefit entitlements and ways of saving money through our sister company MoneySave Financial Solutions.
